Effective Period: This rebate is retroactive from April 1, 2023, and is available until March 31, 2026.
Eligibility Shift: The maximum eligible home price has increased by $100,000, now capping at $550,000 (excluding land). The rebate gradually decreases for homes priced between $450,000 and $550,000.
